As the founder and CEO of Zimgerm, Neville Gombakomba is based in Germany and is responsible for overseeing the company’s overall vision, strategy, and partnerships. With a background in business development and a deep understanding of the German investment landscape, the CEO focuses on building connections with investors, fostering collaborations, and ensuring that Zimgerm’s mission to bridge Germany and Zimbabwe is met. The CEO plays a key role in investor relations, and setting the long-term goals of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the company’s strategic vision and growth initiatives.
- Establishing and maintaining investor relationships in Germany.
- Steering the overall direction of partnerships and opportunities between Germany and Zimbabwe.

Chief Oprations Officer (COO)
Based in Zimbabwe, the COO ensures the smooth execution of Zimgerm’s operations on the ground. With extensive local knowledge, the COO is responsible for managing the company’s day-to-day activities, including coordinating with project owners, overseeing compliance with local regulations, and ensuring that all projects align with Zimgerm’s high standards. The COO bridges the gap between the German investors and the Zimbabwean market by ensuring that operations run efficiently, transparently, and effectively.

- Overseeing day-to-day operations in Zimbabwe.
- Managing local partnerships and ensuring project milestones are met.
- Coordinating compliance with local regulations and ensuring operational excellence in every project.

While Zimgerm may currently be driven by a core team of two—our CEO in Germany and COO in Zimbabwe—this is far from a limitation.
